Insulated Concrete Walls, Inc (ICW) a Delaware Corporation organized in October of 2003 is engaged in providing installation services of insulated concrete walls and floors for residential and commercial construction projects. The company’s primary initiative is to become the market leader in the Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) contracting segment operating as a subcontractor to ICF manufacturers, dealers, distributors and builder/contractor customers.
ICW operates as a subsidiary of its parent/holding company ICF Solutions, Inc. ICF Solutions is a California corporation organized to provide products and services to the ICF Industry. Dr. Klaus Murmann is the majority stock holder along with BHMb Holdings (an international holding company) in ICF Solutions and its subsidiaries. The parent company provides senior management, leadership, business development and capital funding.
The company will reflect rapid growth in its initial two locations along with executing an aggressive expansion plan over the next four to five years. The ability to provide its services for single or large scale projects contains unique characteristics that provide a necessary competitive edge to corner segments of the new construction market.
